Chicago's Only Flexible Golf League!

Windy City Golf League offers individual, team and corporate leagues to Chicagoland golfers seeking a fun, affordable and competitive way to play the game they love. WCGL is for local golfers of all ages, gender, and ability levels.

And here's the best part...members schedule matches at any course, at anytime!

Here’s how it works. WCGL isn’t your father’s golf league, but we don’t want to reinvent the wheel either! (Complete details can be found throughout the website, but here’s what you need to know to get started)

$60 ($120 per team) gets you 6 matches in each of our 12-week seasons (Spring and Summer)
Players and teams are grouped by handicap and typical availability (weekdays, weeknights and weekends)
At the beginning of each season, members login and go to their Player Page, where they view their season schedules
For each Match period, members will find their opponents’ names and email addresses.
Members than contact opponents via email, and discuss and confirm match particulars (course, day, time, etc)
The Home Player/Team schedules the tee time
Opponents play their scheduled matches against each other, and report the scores on the website, where we keep track of the results.
Throughout the season, members will be able to view their updated stats, and see themselves move up and down the leaderboards. Be sure to upload a picture as Stat Leaders’ pictures are displayed!

At the end of each season, WCGL hosts The Arghe Cup Tournament, which is a one-day outing at one of our local Partner Courses. League members will have one last chance to complete against players within their flights!

New for 2010 is a Two-Person Team Scramble format – Perfect for you and your favorite golf buddy, or gather a group of friends or coworkers and we’ll host your own customized league!
Past members and Arghe Isle Cup participants have walked away with prizes, including bar, restaurant and golf course gift certificates, WCGL logo apparel, and much more!
Players who sign up for both leagues, or multiple teams within the same season get a discount.
We also work with local courses to get great deals for members!
